- Fleets up to $750,000 in total stated amount value. Larger fleets can be considered.
- Cargo limits of $50,000, $100,000 or $150,000 available.
- Refrigeration coverage available.
- One-unit accounts are acceptable.
Submission Requirements
- Completed Tangram Auto Phys Damage & Motor Truck Cargo app.
- Complete drivers list or MVRs
- Five (5) years of currently valued premium and loss information
