Tangram Insurance Services offers a Janitorial Program designed to meet the special needs of janitorial businesses. Coverage is written on a Package policy combining Property, Liability, Employee Dishonesty and Inland Marine along with three optional endorsements. The optional coverages are tailor-made to address the property and liability exposures every janitorial business faces on a daily basis. Automobile is written on a separate mono-line basis.
The thrust of the program is aimed at janitorial firms performing typical cleaning, vacuuming and floor mopping, preferably performed after hours in businesses that operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The program targets full-time commercial operations with a minimum of two years management experience owning and operating a janitorial business.
Submission Requirements:
- Completed ACORD application
- Completed supplemental application
- Complete drivers list or MVRs
- Five (5) years of currently valued premium and loss information
